20 minutes prior to booking time: Check In
Check in at the Castaways Shack for the following:
- We have paperwork that needs to be taken care of prior to you taking out your rental.
- Temporary boat licences valid for the duration of the rental (only if you do not have a boat licence).
- Get fitted into your Life Jacket.
- Pre Authorization on the payment for your rental.

Time of rental: Go to Vessel
Our friendly staff will take you to your rental. We will do a damage assessment of the boat with you. You will then get the run down for the rules for the lake and is the most important time for you to pay attention.

During the safety brief, our staff will explain where you need to bring your rental at the end of your time.
